Once your order has been placed, it is your responsibility to review your order acknowledgement and make sure all details are correct, including sizes, colours, glazing, hardware, opening direction, threshold, quantities and any selected options.
You will have 24 hours to review your acknowledgement and let us know if anything needs correcting. After this time, your order may be released into production and changes may no longer be possible.

We are committed to supplying your products on time and to the highest possible standard. Occasionally, an item may not pass our Quality Control checks before dispatch. If this happens, a remake may be required, which can unfortunately delay your order.
We deliver to each area on scheduled weekly routes, so delivery dates may be limited by route planning and fleet availability. To avoid disruption, please do not schedule installation work until you have received your full order and checked all items thoroughly.
