Select the product range, colour and design that suit your project.
2. Enter your sizes
Use the required manufactured frame dimensions in millimetres. Ask your installer to confirm the measurements and any cill or frame-extension allowances.
3. Select your options
Choose the available glass, opening direction, hardware and finishes. Review the complete specification and configured price.
4. Review & checkout
Add your configured products to the basket. Enter your delivery postcode, check the available delivery and payment options, then place your order.

Delivery information
Enter your delivery postcode in the basket or checkout to see the available delivery services and charges for your order. Availability depends on the products and delivery location.
Check the lead-time information shown with your selected product and delivery service. Your order emails provide updates as your order progresses. Delivery routes are planned by postcode; contact us with your order number if you need help with an existing delivery.
Make sure there is suitable access and someone available to receive and unload the order. Check the complete order before arranging installation.

Do I need a custom quote?
For products available in our online ranges, configure your measurements and options on the product page and order through the basket. If your required product or configuration is not available online, ask about a bespoke requirement.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Displayed product prices include VAT. Check your configured product price and the delivery charges shown before placing your order.
Can I check my selections before paying?
Review the sizes and options in your basket. If you need help, call us before completing your order. Where offered at checkout, Pay by Telephone lets you submit your configured order and call to arrange payment.
Can I arrange installation now?
Arrange installation separately with your installer, and wait until your full order has arrived and been checked before booking the fitting date.
