Our composite doors are supplied with the Original slab as standard, unless a different slab option has been selected and confirmed. Gripcore may be available as an upgrade on selected designs, subject to availability, specification and location.

Once your order has been placed, it is your responsibility to review your order acknowledgement and make sure all details are correct, including sizes, colours, glazing, hardware, opening direction, threshold, quantities, slab type and any selected upgrades.

You will have 24 hours to review your acknowledgement and let us know if anything needs correcting. After this time, your order may be released into production and changes may no longer be possible.

In some cases, the exact slab option, profile system, fabricator or component specification may vary depending on your location, manufacturing availability or delivery requirements. Any suitable alternative will be carefully selected to match the intended style, performance and quality of the product.

Every order is subject to quality checks before dispatch. Occasionally, an item may not pass inspection and may need to be remade, which can unfortunately delay delivery.

We deliver to each area on scheduled routes, so delivery dates may be limited by route planning, fleet availability and manufacturing schedules. To avoid disruption, please do not book installation work until you have received your full order and checked all items thoroughly.
