Enter the required manufactured frame size in millimetres. Confirm this size with your installer before ordering.

Check these three details
- Width and height
Use millimetres and check both figures carefully. The required frame size may differ from the opening size.
- Cill and frame extensions
Include selected extensions within the total frame dimensions. Include the cill depth within your total height, following the guidance beside the product options.
- Style and specification
Check the opening configuration, external colour, internal finish, glass and ventilation options before adding to your basket.

Window ordering questions
Is installation included?
These windows are supplied on a supply only basis. Arrange installation separately and confirm your required dimensions and specification with your installer.
Will my window open?
That depends on the design you choose. Fixed windows do not open. For ventilation or access, choose a suitable opening-window product and check its illustration and description.
Can I choose a coloured frame?
Choose from the finishes shown in this product’s options. Check the external colour and internal finish separately; some combinations are unavailable.
How do I choose the glass?
Choose the glass specification first, then select Clear or a textured finish where available. The image tiles show the pattern. Check with your installer which glazing specification your project requires.
What will be supplied?
Your window will be supplied to the size and options you order. Check the product information and your selections for the cill, frame extensions, glazing and ventilation. If you select Unglazed, glass is not included. Contact us if you need confirmation about any component.
How is delivery arranged?
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery is scheduled according to our fixed delivery days for your postcode area. Contact us for the current lead time for your chosen specification.
When should I book installation?
Wait until your full order has arrived and you have checked its size, specification and condition before booking installation.
